Monday's Chortle

I phoned my old landlord's today to ask about my deposit and the inspection. Apparently it was all fine, although he did comment that I hadn't exactly cleaned the place so it was spotless.

Anyone care to join me in an ironic laugh.

    Incidentally, for those of you just joining us, the following offending article was found in the hall of the flat upon my moving in.

    Not cleaning it up. I should've left a pair of dirty, used boxers and taken up smoking cigars and left them lying around the flat as well.
